Welcome to the Oregon Chapter of ASFMRA!Â
The Oregon Chapter became an affiliate of the National Organization of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers in 1960, with currently just over 100 members. The Oregon Chapter presents at least three seminars and/or educational offerings and tours a year in addition to our annual January meeting. Our top priorities include providing affordable high quality education and networking opportunities for appraisers, farm managers, foresters, reviewers, government, experts, lenders, and others involved in the business of agriculture. Our professionals adhere to a high ethical, educational and performance standard while continually staying informed in the rapidly changing agricultural, forest, and recreation real estate markets. As the leading organization of agricultural real estate appraisal and management experts, the Oregon Chapter is honored to provide annual scholarships to college students and strives to promote both membership growth and retention.Â
